Because you will be adjusting portions according to how you feel, there is no prescribed direction as far as to how many times a day you should eat while coming off the lemonade diet or how often those meals should contain solid food. By this third day after the lemonade diet, you should be able to reintroduce solid foods in small portion, like the bagel and toast for breakfast. By dinnertime on your third day after the lemonade diet, you might want to give a small portion of steamed fish a try along with your steamed vegetables.

Starting with your fourth day off the lemonade diet, you will need to gage for yourself what foods and how much of those foods you can begin introducing back into your regular diet.
